Topic - requiring road improvements to include bike lanes and/or sidewalks.

Pros - 1. May save more accidents involving bikes. Cars are much bigger than Bikes, and could cause a fatality.

3. Encourage more people to ride bikes, which saves you a lot of money.

Cons:
1.May cause traffic due to road work to put down sections on sidewalks and/or roads and less road to drive on.
2. May cause more fatalities because of collisions of Car on Bike.
